We Can Now (WCN) is an Austin-based grassroots non-profit that focuses on direct outreach and immediate support for the unhoused community. Unlike larger bureaucratic agencies, they are known for “meeting people where they are”—literally going into encampments, under bridges, and into the woods to provide aid.
