Congratulations to Mona Gonzalez from the Rivercity Youth Foundation Austin for receiving the Outstanding Angel in the Community Award. For 35 years, River City Youth Foundation has been helping thousands of young kids dream big and turning those dreams into college degrees, careers, and positive families. For several decades, RCYF served neighborhoods all over Austin but today it focuses on impacting one of the fastest growing and most diverse areas in the city known as Dove Springs. RCYF’s youth and technology center provide 7 core areas of service including Technology, Mentoring, Counseling & Prevention, Literacy, College & Career, Health & Wellness, and Community Development.
