Hope & Help

During the COVID-19 crisis, the most vulnerable in our community include those who are hungry, homeless and elderly.

Glimmer | Austin supported:

  • Food programs
  • Shelters
  • Homeless programs
  • Senior programs

Emergency Funding

Glimmer|Austin provided  in 2020 over $280,000 of emergency funding to local non-profits serving the homeless, hungry and elderly – to provide hope and help to those without food, sanitation, and shelter. We are also concerned about the isolation and lack of support our seniors are facing.

We would invite others who are in a position to help to do so, and come alongside us in our support of these organizations.

You can help

Many ask us how can they help, and who should they reach out to.

Fortunately, Austin has many non-profits and organizations that serve and care for the most vulnerable in our community all year round.

They need support now – both donations and volunteers.

Listed below are local charities and organizations which Glimmer Austin has funded and partnered with at this time and previously – who are working with Foster children, Homeless youth and adults, as well as those who are hungry or food insecure.

Especially at this time, please take a moment to review and consider supporting these organizations – providing hope and help for those in need.
