Carrying Hope has been selected to receive a seed grant to assist in their Hope Pack Program. A Hope Pack is a backpack filled with comfort items and certain necessities for any and every child entering the foster care system in Travis County. This seed grant enables Carrying Hope to support foster care families during these times.
